This week has not gone well at all. I haven't gotten many of the workouts in, my eating habits have been horrible (especially over the weekend), and I don't even want to know how much I weigh.
I was pleasantly surprised by how much better the workouts I did get in went. I had a lot more endurance, had enough sense to put a towel under my rear during Pilates, and in general just felt better after I'd gotten off my butt and got the workouts in. I slack, a lot. I do not push myself during the workouts as much as I should and think , "Oh no one's watching so it's ok." Well it's not ok because I know what I'm doing and the results I want so continuing to not push myself during the workouts and still not make the best choices with what I eat is my own fault.
It's been a crazy weekend with drive thru runs, family visiting, lack of sleep, and lack of motivation so I hope to get back at it this evening after life calms down a bit.
